MORAVIA, NY — A 26-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving and other charges following a traffic stop on Route 38.
Gage M. Benson, of Niles, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. March 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and other vehicle and traffic violations, according to Cayuga County Sheriff Brian Schenck.
A deputy conducted a traffic stop at approximately 6:33 p.m. on Route 38 after observing a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker and no front license plate, Schenck said…
