AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – An Amarillo woman was indicted Thursday on 10 counts of alleged cruelty to animals, while having two previous convictions.
52-year-old Margo Ghia Hill was booked on 10 counts of alleged “Cruelty to Livestock Animals with 2 Previous Convictions,” and was arrested Thursday after being indicted by a Randall County grand jury.
