Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the Courtyard Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving, a 153-room select service hotel in Irving, Texas.
Chris Gomes and Allan Miller, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, represented the seller, a private HNWI out of California, and procured the buyer.
The hotel is off Interstate 635, close to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field. McKesson’s headquarters and Microsoft’s campus are nearby. The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, Toyota Music Factory, and the University of Dallas are within a short drive.
