Louisiana attorney general seeks recusal of three Baton Rouge judges in federal lawsuit

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill is asking that three judges be removed from nearly 100 cases in the 19th Judicial District Court.

The request comes after the three judges filed a federal lawsuit against Murrill, Governor Jeff Landry and the Louisiana Secretary of State at the end of February.
