Cypress-Fairbanks ISD has once again been recognized for excellence in theatre education. On March 20, 2026, the district received the Texas Thespians Premier Communities for Theatre Education Award for the third year in a row. The award honors school districts that provide strong support and resources for theatre programs, following state and national standards for fine arts education.
