Arkansas Wildlife Federation honors late AGFC Director Pat Fitts

The Arkansas Wildlife Federation has recognized the late Pat Fitts, former director of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, with its Harold Alexander Lifetime Conservation Achievement Award. The award was presented to his wife, Alice Fitts, during a ceremony at AGFC headquarters in Little Rock. Fitts served as AGFC’s 18th director from 2018 to 2021, completing a 32-year career that began at the Joe Hogan State Fish Hatchery in Lonoke.
