Kansas bill limiting drivers’ cellphone use hailed as crucial safety step

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Safety advocates are praising the passage of a bill in Kansas aimed at reducing distracted driving in school and construction zones.

Senate Bill 366 passed both houses of the Legislature this week and headed to Gov. Laura Kelly’s desk.
