WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man charged in a deadly Wichita shooting was sentenced on Friday.
Ricardo Talavera was sentenced to five years in prison for reckless involuntary manslaughter and interference with law enforcement in connection with the death of Ruben Parga-Quintanar.
In February, he pleaded no contest to both charges.
