Could something new be on the horizon for Fort Collins’ old Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon building?

The former country bar, 2716 E. Mulberry St., and two adjoining parcels at 410 and 418 S. Summit View Drive were sold for $3 million Feb. 19 to an LLC linked to Denver-based private equity firm Good Investment Partners, according to Larimer County property records and the Colorado Secretary of State’s website.

Good Investment Partners “targets investments in all asset classes across the Western United States” and owns a range of truck stops, industrial outdoor storage facilities and business parks in Colorado and New Jersey, according to its website…
