Police found a pipe bomb at the home of a Windsor man after a woman recorded him talking about the bomb. 28 year old Michael Fuog was arrested March 12 for possession of explosive or incendiary device parts. According to the Greeley Tribune, Windsor police responded to a report of an assault on Feb. 28, where a woman told police Fuog posed a threat to himself and others.
