SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The South Dakota Parks & Wildlife Foundation was founded four decades ago to develop and enhance outdoor recreation across the state.
It’s the final days of winter at Newton Hills State Park, where plans are in place to add a platform to one of the park’s most popular scenic overlooks.
