HONOLULU (KHON2) — Heavy rain from the second Kona storm floods areas across the state, resulting in multiple road and bridge closures, the City and County of Honolulu reported on March 20.
As of 9:15 p.m., the City and County of Honolulu said that all roads in Waialua are at risk of failure.

Officials advise leaving now while conditions are safe to prevent becoming stuck.
