BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — If you ride the GET bus around Bakersfield, expect detours and route changes on Sunday as streets are closed for Bakersfield Marathon runners.
Golden Empire Transit (GET) said detours for certain routes will start at 4 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. Sunday.
Routes affected include 21, 41, 43, 44, 61, and 81 to Bakersfield College. GET said buses will not run through that area because streets will be blocked off.
