Birmingham Police have put out a critical missing person alert for 72-year-old man with dementia from out of town.
Harold Jackson, a 6-foot-tall Black man weighing about 160 lbs, was last seen on Friday, March 20, while visiting his family in the area around the 2600 block of Avenue T.
Jackson is from Georgia and has a noticeable limp on his left leg. He was last seen wearing a cowboy hat with a black durag, a light-colored shirt, green joggers and white gym shoes…
