Cynthia now has counts including neglect resulting in one death and great bodily injury; Reginald faces a neglect-causing-death charge.
Original Case
They were first arrested March 3, 2026, for neglecting resident Thaddeus Moose, 64, from June 2024 to April 10, 2025—failing to provide food, medication, shelter, and care—leading to his April 14 death at Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Hospital.
