CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Developers behind the new Lookouts stadium say the surrounding district is moving forward and, in some areas, ahead of schedule.
That’s the message laid out in a letter obtained by our newsroom Friday afternoon.
That letter was sent to Hamilton County officials in response to questions about progress tied to the Foundries District development around Erlanger Park.
