ST. PAULS — Construction is running smoothly and progress is being made on a new wastewater treatment plant in St. Pauls, town officials say.
Less than a year after starting construction, the project is about halfway done or a little more, said St. Pauls Public Works Director Danny Holloman.
“They’ve got the pads for the tanks and all that,” Holloman said. “We’ve got some pump stations and things like that. I think it’ll be on schedule. Everything’s going as planned. You’ve got rain delays and stuff like that, but everything’s good.”…
