POMPANO BEACH, FL – Betty’s Cuisine is preparing to open its first location at 560 W Sample Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, with owners Chris Destine and Betty Moreau targeting an opening within the next month, Destine told Business Debut.
The restaurant will operate inside AMP Solo Gas Station and is positioned as the first Betty’s Cuisine location and the beginning of a planned franchise model.
What to Expect
Betty’s Cuisine is designed as a grab-and-go restaurant with no dine-in seating. Destine said the concept is built to serve both the surrounding community and drivers stopping for gas, breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the go.
The restaurant will feature an open kitchen concept, allowing customers to watch meals being prepared in real time. Destine said that visibility is part of the experience and helps build trust with customers as they see the food being made fresh.

The menu will focus on breakfast, finger foods, sandwiches, Caribbean dishes, and Haitian-inspired offerings.
