Roanoke, Virginia – A Roanoke man received two life sentences after a narcotics and firearms investigation uncovered large-scale drug activity.
According to the Virginia State Police and the Star City Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, 38-year-old Marcus Taylor of Roanoke was convicted following an extensive investigation into illegal narcotics distribution and firearm possession.
Authorities said the investigation began after Taylor was identified as a suspect in cocaine distribution within the City of Roanoke. During the case, task force members executed a search warrant at his residence, leading to the seizure of significant quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana.
