SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento police arrested 23-year-old Arthur Jasper on March 14 during a directed patrol in the 41st and J Street area. Officers identified Jasper wearing clothing matching a burglary suspect description. He attempted to flee but was taken into custody.
Police reported that Jasper was in possession of burglary tools, gloves, shoes, and a backpack matching items used in prior burglaries. He now faces charges for 11 commercial burglaries in East Sacramento, in addition to five outstanding felony burglary warrants.
