RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The city of Richmond is hosting the last in its series of events aimed at helping customers resolve past-due bills this weekend.
The third and final “Back on Track” event will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, at John Marshall High School, 4225 Old Brook Road. Eligible Richmonders can learn about financial assistance options through one-on-one meetings with the city’s Department of Public Utilities (DPU) staff and enroll in payment plans.
