GIBSONBURG – Village Administrator Marc Glotzbecker is moving up to take over the role of administrator for Sandusky County.
Glotzbecker informed Mayor Steven Fought and village council of his resignation on March 19. His last day will be April 29.
“I will be assuming the duties of Sandusky County administrator soon after that date. Understand that this was a very difficult decision to make, but it is one based entirely on change. There are no underlying issues or anything of the sort,” Glotzbecker wrote in a Facebook post. “I asked mayor and council for their permission to reach out to all of you because I want to let you all know that it has been an absolute privilege to serve Gibsonburg for the last 12+ years as administrator.”…
