Delaware State Police have arrested 58-year-old Frederick Fenton of Philadelphia in connection with a string of commercial burglaries that took place in Newark and Wilmington earlier in March.
Investigators say the break-ins happened at Exxon (2600 Ogletown Stanton Rd) on March 8, White Clay Liquors (4614 Ogletown Stanton Rd) on March 15, and Country Tobacco (5998 Kirkwood Hwy) later that same day. In each case, the suspect forced open the front door and stole cash and other items…
