WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Ochsner LSU Health is increasing pay for its workforce, announcing a new minimum starting wage of $15 per hour beginning May 31, 2026, according to KTALnews.
The health system shared the update on Friday, March 20, saying the change is part of its efforts to better support employees across its facilities. CEO David Callecod said the decision reflects the organization’s dedication to the people who deliver care daily.
