WINDSOR HEIGHTS, Iowa — Authorities say a suspect is in custody after a person was critically stabbed in Windsor Heights on Saturday.
The Windsor Heights Police Department says officers responded to a parking lot in the 1000 block of 73rd Street on a report that a person was stabbed at 1:37 p.m.
