The Springfield-Greene County Health Department offers confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. Appointments are available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:40–11:20 a.m. and 1–3 p.m.
Tests are offered for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, trichomoniasis, and mycoplasma genitalium. Free condoms and dental dams are also available. Please note that no children are allowed in exam rooms and only service animals are permitted inside the building…
