NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Actor Shia LaBeouf was captured on camera Friday morning yelling at police outside of his home in New Orleans.
According to video obtained by TMZ, he is shown explaining something to a police officer about a car. He then tells the police he is a target and eventually yells that he has a three-year-old.
