SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – After leaving the Jones 421 building at the end of February, Swamp Daddy’s is now sharing a space with Signature Aviation just north of the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. And though it’s different from their last home, the new space has hosted other food services in the past.
“I know Jessica with Umami Cafe and Catering was here previously and she did amazing,” Del’Inkka Beaudion, owner of Swamp Daddy’s, said. “Served some amazing food, did some catering and stuff here and so we’re really looking to just kind of follow in those footsteps and people to offer our food in addition to developing and growing our catering as well.”
Swamp Daddy’s isn’t able to do dine-in services right now but customers can come in and order for takeout or order online. Beaudion says there are still plans to go back to that full service restaurant, but finding the right space isn’t the easiest…
