Delta to build $8M VIP lounge at Honolulu airport

The Hawaii Department of Transportation has approved a 10‑year direct lease with Delta Air Lines to build and operate a new VIP airline lounge at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on Oahu. The project covers several rooms in Buildings 341 and 363, totaling more than 12,000 square feet. Delta will invest at least $8 million in improvements, with the first year’s rent waived while construction takes place.
