Mantua, Virginia — A disturbing domestic incident has left two women dead and another family member seriously injured after police say a man carried out a violent attack inside an apartment before officers arrived on scene.
Authorities have released body camera footage showing the intense moments officers encountered upon entering the home, where the situation was still unfolding.
