RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities say a missing 12-year-old has been found and is safe.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department had previously been searching for Marcus Williams Jr., who was seen leaving his home in the Heather Stone Phase II neighborhood near Irmo around 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
