At 3:11 p.m., officers were alerted to a kidnapping in Hoboken, the New York City Police Department said. Officers observed a dark colored vehicle matching the description traveling over the Goethals Bridge onto the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, police said.
Multiple vehicle collisions were reported in regard to this incident, police said. NYPD Highway units engaged in a vehicle pursuit and conducted a car stop, officers said.
