LATHROP, Calif — Two men have been arrested for allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old in Lathrop.
Lathrop Police said David Daniel Villavicencio and David Daniel Villavicencio Jr. are facing multiple felony charges after a video showed them allegedly assaulting the juvenile.
