(KRON) — A suspect faces several charges after he allegedly stole a work truck in San Jose Saturday morning. The San Jose Police Department said GPS technology helped in making the arrest.
Officers responded to the report of a stolen vehicle and were able to locate the truck at a San Jose residence after using GPS information from the victim’s coworker, according to SJPD.
“The coworker saw tools being unloaded from the truck and carried inside, giving officers the information needed to quickly confirm the location,” San Jose police said.
