GREENLEAF, Wis. (WBAY) – Friends, family, and neighbors in the Village of Greenleaf gathered Saturday for a community benefit supporting Dillon Steinfeldt and his family as they navigate a five-year battle with brain cancer.
The event at Tipsy Missy’s Bar and Grill drew supporters from across the community, filling the parking lot in a show of support for the Greenleaf volunteer firefighter.
“Small communities are what we were both raised in, and I think it just goes to show what those small communities really do for you,” said Aubrey Steinfeldt, Dillon’s wife. “Just shows that these small towns really are the heart of everything you do, and you can’t do it without them.”…
