PROVO, Utah — A man died Saturday afternoon after he fell while BASE jumping in Provo.
Provo Police said the victim, 33-year-old American Fork resident West Huff, fell to his death around 12:50 p.m. in the “Bad Bananas” area of Rock Canyon.
Police believe Huff was attempting to perform a BASE jump from the top of the canyon when his parachute malfunctioned. They said he was an experienced sky diver but was recreating alone…
