SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department responded to a shooting in the 1900 block of E. Wellesley Avenue on Sunday morning.
A Spokane Police officer told our crew on the scene that two people were shot and one of them passed away. The officer says the next of kin has not been notified.
