1 PM UPDATE: The Storm Prediction Center has UPGRADED parts of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties to a tier 3 of 5 risk for severe storms, primarily because of the large hail risk.
It is not true Ohio spring weather without a wacky weather day like we’re expecting on Sunday. Some areas will enjoy their first 80s of the year, but that brings extra fuel for thunderstorms to pop and potentially produce severe weather this afternoon and evening.
