BWI airport travelers frustrated by longer wait times amid DHS shutdown

Passengers at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport told CBS Baltimore they waited more than an hour on Sunday to get through the security checkpoint as efforts to fund the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) remain at a stalemate.

Some said they missed their flights and couldn’t rebook until they got to their gates.
