CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — With the Cooper River Bridge Run just days away, runners gathered downtown Saturday morning for a final organized training session to help both first-time and returning participants feel ready.
Taco Boy partnered with the Green Heart Project and Orangetheory to host a warm-up and stretching session designed to help racers prepare for next weekend’s event. Trainers said this is the sixth week of training, and organizers hoped the last group run would help participants shake out nerves and loosen up ahead of race day.
