Two senior Shih Tzus, now named Trisha and Oscar, were rescued by South Charlotte Dog Rescue after an urgent request from a shelter partner. The dogs had lived in poor conditions before arriving at the rescue.
With help from Pet in the City, they received grooming and care that revealed additional health issues. The rescue shared that both dogs are now resting comfortably and highlighted the importance of foster homes in giving neglected animals a second chance.
