City crews will replace light bulbs in the traffic signals at West Dickman Road and North 20th Street starting 9 a.m. Monday, March 23, through 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 24. Temporary lane shifts will be in place to keep workers safe. Drivers should use caution and follow posted signs while traveling through the area.
