TOLEDO, Ohio — Heavy smoke covered much of a west Toledo neighborhood on Sunday evening after an apartment fire on West Alexis Road just west of Jackman Road.
The multi-alarm fire started around 4:45 p.m. at a multi-unit apartment in the 2000 block of Alexis Rd.
