After years of controversy, the Palm Beach Town Council has approved a final declaration of use agreement for a new private club, church and café planned for the historic Paramount Theatre building site.
During their most recent development review meeting, council members endorsed the agreement, which outlines operating conditions for the site at 139 N. County Road. The document establishes limits on the club’s membership, events, hours of operation, deliveries, parking and noise.
