2 people taken to the hospital after fire at Middletown senior living facility

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two people were taken to the hospital after a fire at a senior living facility in Middletown.

According to MetroSafe, the call came in a little before 6 p.m. Sunday for a fire at Arcadia Senior Living, 901 Blankenbaker Parkway. That’s across from Southeast Christian Church.

Anchorage Middletown Fire Chief Pat Walsh said when crews arrived, they found smoke coming from the building. Firefighters evacuated and accounted for all 65 residents who live in the facility…
