LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A four-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon blocked all lanes and shoulders on the I-65 South ramp from the Outer Loop.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) reported that the ramp remains closed and the scene is expected to clear within about an hour.
Louisville Metro Police Department’s Seventh Division responded around 4:35 p.m. and found an unconscious adult male.
