In news that is likely to cause more delight than surprise in DFW diners at this point, an incredibly busy and prolific food hall concept is planning a new Dallas area home. Wonder, a chain that has intensely targeted the regional market this year, has filed papers to open a new store in Plano.
The concept will be bringing hot food and celebrity collaborations to a renovated 1801 Preston Road Suite C storefront. Paperwork pertaining to Wonder’s upcoming Plano home filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the eatery will be occupying a 4,199 square foot space. Work will begin on the storefront later this spring; filed forms show that construction is set to commence on May 11 and should conclude by July 6.
Diners have embraced Wonder’s eclectic approach to fast-casual dining.
