The City of Edina is hosting a France Avenue Crossing Open House on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 4401 W. 76th St. to gather community feedback on a proposed pedestrian underpass that would connect Promenade Park with the South Cornelia and Parklawn neighborhoods.
