Black cloth napkins now cover Cesar Chavez’s face in murals at two downtown San Antonio restaurants.
The coverings come in the wake of a New York Times investigation published Wednesday that found Chavez groomed girls and sexually abused women, including United Farm Workers co-founder Dolores Huerta, who detailed her allegations in a personal statement, as well as Ana MurguĂa and Debra Rojas, who also made allegations to the newspaper.
