WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Multiple fire crews battled a large wildfire in Butler County on Saturday. It has since been contained.
Butler County Fire District 2 said firefighters were dispatched to Southeast Gray Road and Southeast 90th Street around 3 p.m. to help extinguish a “very large wildfire.”
Crews from Greenwood County, Cowley County, Towanda Fire Rescue, the Kansas Forest Service, the Kansas Fire Marshal’s Office and the Johnson County Task Force assisted…
